آذر منصورى رئیس جبهه اصلاحات ایران به نمایندگى از طرف این ائتلاف سیاسى در نامه اى خطاب به آنتونیو گوترش دبیرکل سازمان ملل ضمن ابراز نگرانی عمیق از تداوم تجاوزات مسلحانه و عملیات تروریستی رژیم اسرائیل علیه ایران، سکوت جامعه جهانی در برابر این اقدامات را، تشویق متجاوز و گسترش دامنه درگیریها در منطقهای که از سالها بیثباتی و بحران رنج میبرد، دانست و از وى خواست در هدایت جامعه جهانی به سمت عدالت و مقابله با تجاوز، نقش حیاتی خود را ایفاء کند.
رئیس جبهه اصلاحات ایران اقدامات تجاوزکارانه اسرائیل را که اینک نخست وزیر آن نتانیاهو به جرم نسلکشی در غزه تحت تعقیب دیوان کیفری بینالمللی است، مصداق بارز تروریسم دولتی و نقض خشونتآمیز اصول همزیستی مسالمتآمیز و حقوق بینالملل اعلام کرده و اقدامات دفاعی ایران را که به عنوان پاسخی مشروع و متناسب به تجاوزات رژیم اسرائیل صورت گرفته، کاملاً در چهارچوب قوانین بینالمللی و به منظور حفاظت از امنیت ملی و جان شهروندان ایرانی خواند.

با احترام فراوان، بدینوسیله از طرف جبهه اصلاحات ایران، به عنوان تشکیلات فراگیر اصلاح طلبان ایران، نگرانی عمیق خود را از تداوم و گسترش تجاوزات مسلحانه و عملیات تروریستی رژیم اسرائیل علیه ایران، ابراز و اعلام میدارم.
این اقدامات تجاوزکارانه در حالی انجام گرفت که جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ایالات متحده آمریکا پس از پنج دوره مذاکرات در آستانه برگزاری دور ششم و رسیدن به توافق بودند.
این اقدامات که به بهانهی واهی و اثبات نشده دستیابی ایران به سلاح هستهای صورت گرفته، نقض آشکار قوانین بینالمللی و منشور سازمان ملل متحد است و نه تنها حاکمیت ملی و تمامیت ارضی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را هدف قرار داده، بلکه ثبات و امنیت منطقه و بلکه جهان را با تبعات خطرناک و غیرقابل پیشبینی مواجه ساخته است.
ما قویاً این حملات را محکوم میکنیم و آن را مصداق بارز تروریسم دولتی و نقض خشونتآمیز اصول همزیستی مسالمتآمیز و حقوق بینالملل میدانیم.
ما یادآور میشویم که جمهوری اسلامی ایران، بر اساس ماده ۵۱ منشور ملل متحد، حق ذاتی و مسلم دفاع مشروع را در برابر هرگونه تجاوز مسلحانه دارا است و این حق تا دفع کامل تجاوز و تضمین عدم تکرار آن، برای ایران محفوظ است.
اقدامات دفاعی ایران، که به عنوان پاسخی مشروع و متناسب به تجاوزات رژیم اسرائیل صورت گرفته، کاملاً در چارچوب قوانین بینالمللی و به منظور حفاظت از امنیت ملی و جان شهروندان ایرانی بوده است.
عالیجناب، سکوت جامعه جهانی در برابر این اقدامات بیثباتکننده و تجاوزکارانه، اسرائیل، که نخست وزیر آن به جرم نسلکشی در غزه تحت تعقیب دیوان کیفری بینالمللی است، میتواند به تشویق متجاوز و گسترش دامنه درگیریها در منطقهای که از سالها بیثباتی و بحران رنج میبرد، منجر شود.
این وضعیت بویژه از آن جهت که اسرائیل به طور جنون آمیزی تأسیسات و مراکز هسته ای ایران را مورد تهاجم قرار داده، آرامش، سلامت و امنیت میلیونها انسان بیگناه را در کشور ما و در منطقه در معرض مخاطره و رنج و ویرانی قرار داده است.
لذا، از عالیجناب و از طریق شما، از جامعه جهانی و شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد، قویاً درخواست داریم:
۱. رژیم اسرائیل را به دلیل تجاوزات مسلحانه و عملیات تروریستی در خاک ایران، به صراحت و قاطعانه محکوم کنید.
۲. از حق دفاع مشروع جمهوری اسلامی ایران، مطابق با ماده ۵۱ منشور ملل متحد، حمایت قاطع به عمل آورید.
۳. به جای دعوت طرفین به خویشتنداری، اقدامات فوری و مؤثر برای جلوگیری از تداوم این تجاوزات و وادار کردن رژیم اسرائیل به رعایت قوانین بینالمللی و پایان دادن به سیاستهای خصمانه و بیثباتکننده خود در منطقه، اتخاذ کنید.
ما بر این باوریم که سازمان ملل متحد وظیفه
خطیر حفظ صلح و امنیت بینالمللی را بر عهده دارد و در این شرایط حساس، نقش شما به عنوان دبیرکل، در هدایت جامعه جهانی به سمت عدالت و مقابله با تجاوز، حیاتی است.

Letter from the Iran Reform Front to the UN Secretary-General Regarding the Israeli Regime's Military Aggression Against Iranian Territory

United Nations,
With profound respect, on behalf of the Iran Reform Front, as the umbrella organization of Iranian reformists, I wish to express and declare our deep concern regarding the continued and escalating armed aggressions and terrorist operations by the Israeli regime against Iran.
These aggressive actions occurred at a time when the Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America were on the verge of holding their sixth round of negotiations and reaching an agreement, following five previous rounds.
These actions, undertaken under the baseless and unproven pretext of Iran's pursuit of nuclear weapons, constitute a blatant violation of international law and the Charter of the United Nations. They have not only targeted the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran but have also subjected the stability and security of the region, and indeed the world, to dangerous and unpredictable consequences. We strongly condemn these attacks and consider them clear examples of state terrorism and a violent breach of the principles of peaceful coexistence and international law.
We emphasize that the Islamic Republic of Iran, in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, possesses the inherent and undeniable right to legitimate self-defense against any armed aggression. This right remains reserved for Iran until the complete repulsion of the aggression and the guarantee of its non-recurrence. Iran's defensive actions, undertaken as a legitimate and proportionate response to the Israeli regime's aggressions, have been entirely within the framework of international law and aimed at protecting Iran's national security and the lives of its citizens.
Your Excellency, the silence of the international community in the face of these destabilizing and aggressive actions by Israel—whose Prime Minister is being prosecuted by the International Criminal Court for genocide in Gaza—could embolden the aggressor and expand the scope of conflicts in a region already suffering from years of instability and crisis. This situation is particularly alarming as Israel has, in a frenzy, attacked Iran's nuclear facilities and centers, thereby jeopardizing the peace, well-being, and security of millions of innocent people in our country and throughout the region, exposing them to peril, suffering, and devastation.
Therefore, we strongly urge Your Excellency, and through you, the international community and the United Nations Security Council, to:
1- Unequivocally and firmly condemn the Israeli regime for its armed aggressions and terrorist operations on Iranian soil.
2- Provide resolute support for the Islamic Republic of Iran's right to legitimate self-defense, in accordance with Article 51 of the United Nations Charter.
3- Instead of simply calling for restraint from both sides, take immediate and effective measures to prevent the continuation of these aggressions and compel the Israeli regime to adhere to international law and cease its hostile and destabilizing policies in the region.
We believe that the United Nations bears the critical responsibility of maintaining international peace and security. In these sensitive circumstances, your role as Secretary-General, in guiding the international community towards justice and confronting aggression, is vital.
