Weekly Topic: Imam Khomeini&#۰۳۹;s school of thought and its role in Islamic awakening
A research article titled “the continuation of Imam Khomeini&#۰۳۹;s school of thought” was recently published by the international media and prestigious magazines "Echo" and "al-Wahda" in English and Arabic languages.
The latest issues of the two international publications in Arabic were published with the focus on re-examining the thought of Imam Khomeini.
They explain the continuity of his dynamic school of thought and his eternal path.
These two publications have been prepared with cooperation with the institute for compilation and publication of Imam Khomeini’s works and and the Islamic Culture and Communications Organization.
The academic writing has tried their best to present a clear picture of the intellectual, political, and civilizational dimensions of Imam Khomeini&#۳۹;s thought to English-speaking and Arabic-speaking audiences.
In its new issue titled “Along the Path of Imam”, the Echo magazine has reviewed historical and analytical narratives about Imam’s thought and ideals.
The international publication has emphasized the permanence of Imam’s school of thought and its continued impact in the field of Islamic awakening,
The issue puts emphasis on independence and confrontation with arrogant powers as characteristics of Imam’s school.
It also discusses manifestations of the Imam’s simple living style and spiritual personality and his inspiring role in the formation of independence movements across the Muslim world.
This is while the Arabic magazine “al-Wahda” in its issue ۳۹۳ titled “Along the Path of Imam” has focused on the continuation of Imam Khomeini’s path in the Islamic world.
It has also undertaken discussions such concepts such as combating tyranny, negating domination, strengthening the independent identity of the Islamic nation and awakening of nations.
The reflection of these themes in two internationally-reputed publications in Arabic and English indicates the continued influence of Imam Khomeini&#۳۹;s thought on the discourse of independence and the awakening of nations in the Islamic world.
It is worth mentioning that the electronic version of these magazines will also be available to the interested devotees and researchers.
