Imam spoke about soft power of people decades ago
Fatima Tabatabaei, the daughter in law of Imam Khomeini say the late founder of the Islamic Republic frequently spoke about soft powered of people.
Imam’s daughter in law made remarks during a gathering of people who had gathered at Tajrish square in show of solidarity and in support of the armed forces against the US-Israeli aggression.
“Imam spoke of the significance and astonishing power of the nation and boasted about them at a time when their soft power was not yet apparent to everyone,” she said
She also hailed and praised people’s gathering at squares and key sites on nights across the country to show support for the Islamic-Republic system.
“I wish Imam Khomeini was present today and, with his clear expression, he would celebrate the greatness of these noble and brave people who left no stone unturned in their support of the armed forces in all situations,” she emphasized.
Dr. Fatima Tabatabaei, who is head of the Iranian Islamic mysticism association further lauded the Iranian armed forces for their bravery.
She said that Imam considered the bond of the people with the armed forces to be the strongest and deemed nation support for them vital for accomplishment of success and victory.
