۳۰th passing anniversary of Seyyed Ahamad Khomeini held at Imam Khomeini&#۰۳۹;s shrine
The gathering marked the ۳۰th passing anniversary of Imam’s dear son who played a decisive role in struggle for the Islamic Revolution.
Seyed Ahmad Khomeini passed away ۳۰ years ago in ۱۹۹۵. His services for the Islamic Revolution and the Muslim Ummah will always be remembered by the generations for decades to come.
The Thursday ceremony was attended by public masses, senior officials, intellectuals and university and seminary professors.
It is noteworthy that Seyed Ahmad Khomeini remained the most trusted figure and right-hand of Imam Khomeini during the tough years of struggle and following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in ۱۹۷۹.
His services for the Islamic Revolution and the Muslim world will be remembered forever.
The great Imam and his son deemed the Muslim Ummah a single society and used to attach great significance to issues facing the Muslim world.
