Dr. Komsari stresses amicable relations and interaction between clergymen and public masses

Addressing a gathering, he stated that the clergy should be in the hearts and minds of the people.

He also suggested that clergymen should be at the forefront of the society and use the language of the public masses and ordinary people to address their problems and hurdles facing the society.

Dr. Komsari also highlighted that the secret behind Imam's success was that he spoke in the language of the common people and understood their pain and offered his own special healing and treatment.

Why did they turn to Imam during the struggle for the Islamic Revolution and its victory in 1979 because they felt that Imam had diagnosed their pain and sufferings and pain he offering a real prescription and solution for the hurdles?

The clergy cannot communicate with the people from the ivory tower; our clergy must be at the present in the field of and should interact with the masses and understand their language. They must increase their communication especially with the young generation.

After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, some clerics were placed on high-ranking and executive posts and were assigned with higher responsibilities due to necessity to time. In some cases it could had led to the reduction of their direct contact with the people.

But the clergymen as the institution have always been successful in maintaining amicable relations with public masses throughout the history.

Now see if a pious scholar who has had face-to-face contact with people for nearly 50 years and participated with them in joys, sorrows and tribulations, we see a wave of positive feelings will arise among people when he passes away.

A clear instance of that has been the unique and enthusiastic attendance of people at the funerals of great Muslim scholars and religious authorities. All these examples show that the more spirituality and interaction bring about success of divine origin.
